Hushera

A Ticket Tool alternative that sorts tickets for you

Ticket Tool and Tickets leave the sorting to your mods. Hushera reads each ticket as it opens, gives it a priority and a one-line summary, and drafts the reply when a mod asks. Here is how the three compare and how to switch.

What the AI does in a ticket

A busy server gets a refund request, a raid report and three people asking how to get a role, all in the same hour. With Ticket Tool, a mod opens each one to find out which is which. With Hushera, the raid report opens marked Urgent, with one line that says what happened.

  • Triage. Every new ticket gets a category, a priority and a one-line summary.
  • Draft reply. A mod presses one button and gets a reply written from the thread. Only that mod sees it until they send it.
  • Auto-answer. Off by default. When it is on, the bot answers from the sources you add in the dashboard before a ticket opens, so your staff see fewer repeat questions.
  • Close summary. The log gets the issue, the outcome and any follow-up.

The AI runs on Google Gemini and reads only what members send through a panel and the ticket threads. The docs list exactly what each step reads.

When to stay on Ticket Tool

Hushera is not the right pick for every server. Stay where you are if:

  • You want each ticket in its own channel. Hushera only opens threads.
  • You don’t want an AI to read ticket text at all.

Switch without downtime

Both bots can run in the same server. Hushera only answers its own panels and commands, so your old tickets keep working while you move.

  1. Add Hushera to your server.
  2. Run /setup and pick your staff roles and a log channel.
  3. Run /panel create in your ticket channel, with the same topics as your old panel.
  4. Open a test ticket, then delete the old panel message.
  5. Remove the old bot once its last tickets are closed.

The setup guide covers each step with pictures.
