Who can agree

You must be old enough to use Discord in your country and allowed to manage the server you add Hushera to. “We” means the developer who operates Hushera. Hushera follows Discord’s terms, you must too, and it is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

Your server and your staff

You choose the staff roles, and you are responsible for what your staff do with Hushera and for telling your members that tickets are stored as transcripts.

Plans and billing

• Plans are per server. Prices and limits are in the pricing section.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until the server owner cancels from Billing in the dashboard. The plan stays until the end of the paid period, then the server returns to Free.
• If a renewal fails, the plan stays while Stripe retries. If it still fails, the server returns to Free.
• We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• Prices exclude taxes, which Stripe adds where they apply.
• We will announce a price change at least 30 days before your next renewal.

On a plan with lower limits, a server cannot add panels or sources above them, a stored Gemini key stops being used, and transcripts older than the plan keeps are deleted.

AI features

AI output can be wrong. A draft is a suggestion, and the staff member who sends it is responsible for it. You are responsible for the knowledge sources you add and the confidence level you set. When a server uses its monthly AI actions, AI pauses until the next month, UTC, and tickets keep working. With your own Gemini key, its cost and Google’s terms are yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hushera for anything illegal or to harm people, share content you have no right to or secrets such as passwords, get around plan limits or access controls, probe or overload the service, or resell it.

Your content

Ticket messages, settings and knowledge sources belong to the people who wrote them. We do not train AI models on them, and we process them only to run Hushera, as the privacy policy describes. Managers can delete transcripts, the server owner can delete all server data, and anyone can delete their dashboard account.

Availability and ending

We do not promise Hushera will always be available. You can stop at any time by removing the bot and cancelling any paid plan. We may suspend a server that breaks these terms or has unpaid invoices, with a warning first where we can.

Warranty and liability

Hushera is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the server in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We will post a change that matters at least 14 days before it takes effect. The governing law will be named here after legal review. Questions go to hello@hushera.app.
